Description

Busan is far from being Seoul’s less interesting cousin. It has plenty of attractions and places to explore of its own right – many that can rival the capital itself. A vital port city, Busan is a melting pot of cultures, whilst still keeping that intrinsic Korean vibe that is so loved across South East Asia. And it’s a fun place to take a holiday!

On arrival to Busan, you will have the afternoon free – perhaps take a walk around your hotel surroundings and familiarise yourself with the area.

The following day you’ll set out on a full day tour to see Busan’s highlights: the ancient Beomeosa Temple located in the mountains; the famous Jagalchi Fish Market, the largest in East Asia; Yongdusan Park with the imposing Busan Tower; and Gukje Market with its myriad of produce. With an experienced guide and time to shop, you’re sure to finish the tour knowing much more about Busan – and with a few souvenirs in hand, too!

The next day, you will go on a tour to see Geoje Oedo Botania and Haegeumgang. You will first drive to the stunning Geoga Bridge, visit Oedo Botania, a marine botanical garden and finally explore Haegeumgang, a collection of islands scattered in the southeast.

Your last day in Busan is at leisure – perhaps check out the large aquarium, do a spot of shopping at Lotte Department Store, or even choose to add a tour to see nearby famous sights, such as Gyeongju or Andong Hahoe folk village.
